Victoria Thompson is a Personal Lines Insurance Agent who has been working in the insurance industry since 2022. She joined French Insurance in March 2025 after spending two years with their sister agency, Pelham Insurance Services. During the few years of helping Wayne Schad transition to retirement, she worked closely with the Pelham Insurance Services clients and really got to know and love them. All of those clients follow her over to the French office and Victoria continues to work closely with all of the Pelham office clients as well as the French clients.

With a strong background in client service, Victoria is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for every client. She helps guide clients through the complexities of their insurance policies and ensures they have the coverage that fits their unique needs. Her success is built on her ability to listen carefully, understand each client’s situation, and provide tailored, thoughtful solutions.
